Sadly after many years of being one of the best window systems in the market, Kommerling are discontinuing their 58mm slim PVCu window system by the end of this year.
Whilst it achieves an A Energy Rating, currently the highest rating available, it will not be able to meet the ever increasing energy requirements expected over the next decade.
We would therefore like to remind our customers that if they require any Kommerling 58mm windows to match their existing windows then they need to be ordered by the end of September.
We are replacing this range of windows with the Liniar NRG PVCu window range which, whilst maintaining the excellent profile quality, is a completely new window offering improved Thermal Efficiency, Weather Performance and Security. This window range can easily meet all current energy requirements and will also meet those envisaged over the coming decade and beyond.

Glass Roofs

Conservatory roofs can have double glazed units of toughened safety glass or laminate glass. A glass roof is much quieter during rain than polycarbonate roofing. For the best long term result, opt for the highest thermal efficiency unit your budget allows and consider the benefits of Pilkington Activ ™ Self Cleaning Glass.

Bronze, green, grey or blue anti-sun glass is also available to reduce glare and heat build up on conservatory roofs. Glazing features such as Georgian bars, arches, rectangles and diamond leads can be added to create more complex conservatory roof designs.

Polycarbonate Roofs

An economical, lightweight, yet tough alternative to glass, polycarbonate roofing is durable and resistant to the effects of UV and sunlight. A polycarbonate roof is available in a range of thicknesses.
